For my door, no thumbnail or a wrong one is generated! What is the reason for this?

The preview image is generated automatically. If no thumbnail is displayed for one of your doors despite embedding an image, video or GIF, there are three approaches you can try: Clear your browser cache, reload the page or append a '&01' to the inserted URL of the media – this way it should work!
