Terms and Conditions of Participation for the Contest “10 Years of Türchen – With Heart”

Participation in the contest is free of charge and is based solely on these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons who have reached the legal minimum age in their country of residence and act on behalf of a non-profit organization, registered association, or comparable institution based in Germany.
Proof of non-profit status must be provided to Die Schittigs GmbH upon request.
Employees of Die Schittigs GmbH, their relatives, and employees of involved cooperation partners are excluded from participation.
2. Participation and Procedure
Participation is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of goods or services.
It takes place by fully completing and submitting the online participation form available at [insert URL].
Each person may only participate once. Multiple entries (e.g., using different email addresses) and participation via sweepstakes agencies are not permitted.
The deadline for participation is June 30, 2025. The timestamp of the submitted form is decisive.
3. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded among all valid entries:
- 1 × voucher code for the online Advent calendar “Türchen”, package “Enterprise”, including a 6-month license and individual support by Die Schittigs GmbH
- 9 × voucher codes for the “Premium” package, including a 6-month license for independent use by the winner:s
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. Exchange is excluded.
Winners:s are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. Selection and Notification
Winners:s will be determined within two weeks after the end of the participation period through a combined process:
- 1× main prize: selected through an internal evaluation based on the submitted information
- 9× additional prizes: determined by random draw
Notification will be sent by email to the address provided in the form.
Voucher codes will be delivered directly via email.
5. Data Protection
To participate, personal data must be provided. This data will be used exclusively for the implementation of the contest and deleted after six months at the latest, unless legal retention requirements apply.
Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Participant:s have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of their data at any time.

6. Termination of the Contest
Die Schittigs GmbH reserves the right to cancel or change the contest at any time for good cause or due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.
In such cases, there is no entitlement to participate or receive a prize.
7. Liability
Die Schittigs GmbH is not liable for technical issues, transmission errors, or data loss, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
This limitation does not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
8. Legal Recourse and Applicable Law
Legal recourse is excluded.
Only the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
9. Severability Clause
If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Instead of the invalid clause, a legally permissible regulation that comes as close as possible to the intended purpose shall apply.
10. Public Relations
By participating in the contest, the winner:s agree that the following information may be published by Die Schittigs GmbH as part of reporting on the contest:
- Name of the organization or project
- Location of the organization
- Project description
- Image material of the initiative
Publication may occur on the website of Die Schittigs GmbH, on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), in press releases, and through other communication channels.
The aim is to showcase inspiring projects and highlight the charitable nature of the initiative.
Personal data of individuals (e.g., name or image of a specific person) will only be published with separate explicit consent.
Consent to publication may be withdrawn at any time with future effect.
Withdrawal does not affect prize eligibility.
