Did you save your changes in the editing window? In the editing window, you have to confirm all changes you make to the content of a door by clicking the "Save" button in the top right-hand corner so they are applied.
If you are sure that you have saved your changes, you can try clearing your cache. How to do this varies from browser to browser and also depends on your operating system, so it's best to ask your favourite search engine for the right key combination for the programs you use. After you’ve cleared your cache, you can refresh the tab with your calendar (in public view) and should now be able to see the changes you made.
