How does the competition option work?

Integrate competition or survey

As a company, you can hide competition questions or surveys behind the doors. To do this, you first need to set links to your data protection policy and conditions of participation in the "Integration" settings! Then you can get started: In the content editor of a door, add a quiz block. There you enter a question and the different answer options (as text and/or image). Here you can either mark a correct answer or create a poll without a correct answer. Here you can also set up a free text entry.

You can also set whether users have to register (double opt-in) or whether they can participate without registering, and whether the correct answer is displayed immediately after entry or not until the next door is opened.

For the double opt-in version, you can also define form fields in the "Integration" settings that the users have to fill in when registering.

 

Download participant data

Once you have received the first response to your competition, you can download the participants' data from the "Interactions" page in the edit view of the calendar. There you can download an Excel list with the information of all participants. You can then use this Excel list to select and contact the winner independently of tuerchen.app.
