I’d like to use my calendar from last year again – is that possible?
Yes, that is possible – provided the archiving function in your calendar is enabled.
Calendars with this feature are automatically archived after their runtime and stored in the background for two years. After your calendar expires, you receive an email containing a unique code and a link to reactivate the calendar. This allows you to use the design and content of your previous calendar as a foundation for creating a new one. Please note that participant data, statistics, and interaction results are deleted after six months.
If the archiving function was disabled, your calendar is permanently deleted at the end of its six-month duration, and reusing it is not possible.
You can check in your calendar management settings whether your calendar is still archived and reactivate it if needed.
