Türchen offers so many possibilities, so you might have a question or two – but don't worry, you'll find the answers here in our FAQs!
Türchen calendars are not deleted, but are archived by default after their term and saved in the background for 2 years. This means you can keep your calendar and reactivate it if necessary.
When your calendar expires, you will receive an email containing a unique code and a link to reactivate the calendar. This way, you can use the design and content of your previous calendar as the basis for your new calendar at any time.
If you don't want your calendar to be saved after it expires, you have full control. You can simply deactivate the archiving function in the calendar management. Please note, however, that your calendar will then be permanently deleted and you will not be able to reactivate it.
